AN OLD NUTS & BOLTS FOUNDRY GETS A NEW LEASE ON LIFE.
FOUNDRY.
This old Victorian structure was known to be a nuts and bolts foundry. Original timber flooring, rafters, & staircases were restored in the construction process to celebrate its raw character and charm.
SITE.
Trellik Design Studio renovated the space in spirit of cross-disciplinary collaboration. The architects delivered a multi-purpose environment defined by simple, natural materials elevated through the inclusion of colour in unexpected places.
COMMUNITY.
Our shared workspaces feature an open plan layout with ancillary spaces to take a break or call. The studios balance space to focus within a communal, welcoming atmosphere.
